Some seeds require extra steps prior to planting for successful germination. The correct order of steps is:

1) pre-soak in water for 12-48hrs 2) pre-soak in hydrogen peroxide for 1-2 hrs 3) scarify 4) stratify. Then, the seeds can either be planted with the greenhouse method, or can be tissue-germinated. Reference the planting guide for a more detailed steps for planting the actual seeds.
