We recommend using the following to sow the seeds:

Stratification is highly recommended for these seeds, you can plant in moss in a bag or in the planter and put in the fridge for up to 3 months. After stratifying, put in a warm spot like a heat mat >70F and with grow lights or indirect sunlight and in a greenhouse. Monitor the soil(checking ~once a week) to make sure it remains moist and that the humidity dome has condensation.
